Poor Service deliver FNB Card

Good day, I cancelled my FNB card 2 weeks ago, a week ago I got a message to say Takealot would be in contact for delivery of my card. Its been 1 week. no calls email sms etc.... I have tried calling your contact desk, was on hold yesterday for over half and hr, call cut. Today I called the bank and was rerouted to your call centre and currently been on hold for 25 min..... still on hold. This service is unacceptable!
