Poor Service. Defective Goods and Wrong orders
I bought a IPhone 11 charger. It didn’t work when I got it so I logged a exchange in the hope that it was just a one off bad item from the supplier. However when the exchange charger arrived the packaging was completely different from the original order and it was only an adapter. No cable was inserted even though my Oroginal defective order had a cable. At this point I’d stay very far away from Takealot as they managed to provide two unsatisfactory products.

07 Apr 2022, 18:45What makes it worse is that I paid an Extra R80 for same day delivery. But two orders later I’m still sitting with the wrong items. I feel that my R80 should be refunded as well
