Poor service / Damaged goods / False advertising

Two related incidents:<br> <br> (1) Order a product from [URL Removed] they take my money, wait 2 weeks, cancel the order without consultation, do not refund me, but instead assign me store credit. I find it appalling that they accept payment without performing a stock check and do not commit to providing the products that they advertise. At no point in the string of emails was I given the impression that any of their employees knows what customer service is. I received boilerplate messages and zero commitment to actual finding a solution.<br> <br> I expect to be supp**** with the product I paid for one month ago:<br> [URL Removed]<br> <br> (2) Order a product and it arrives defective. Wait for two weeks while the entire organisation works out how to perform a return. I now have the replacement and it shares the same defect! Again there is no stock control and no attention to detail. I contact [URL Removed] to inform them and suggest they might have a bad batch which makes a return pointless and the reply arrives to say I must log a return! Once again, no one is interested in solving the problems they have created.<br>
