Poor service

I've been waiting all day for my items to be delivered from take alot. as the confirm via sms that items will be delivered between 9-5 11/06 they never showed up for delivery I tried calling them but never answered after 4 attempts they still haven't answered. I send an email Im still waiting for someone to reply. I find this very unprofessional and this is not right as customers has to wait but there is no communication from take alot or an easier way to get hold of an agent just to be kept up to date.
