Poor service

I returned a monitor to Takealot on the 25 April 2022 and I made sure everything was packed into the box. The next day they email me saying the power cable is missing.To make things easier I bought another power cable and dropped it off at the pick point in Witbank on 28 April 2022.

It's almost a week later and still no update regarding my return.
