Poor service

They don't even deserve one star for their service, I ordered a package from them and when it was delivered it was broken, I logged a ticket with them on the 5th of May and they said someone will assist me, it is now the 9th of May no one has contacted me still,do they even have people working while they are open for business as they claim.
