Poor Service

I ordered Mobile Wall Mounted Air Conditioning System - Combo Cooler & Heater and MINI USB Humidifier with 7-Colour Ambient Light - 180ml - White using a coupon. The order went through . They canceled USB Humidifier without communicating with me, not even a phone call or email from them . When I contact them they say the coupon has expired a day before I made a purchase, when I ask how come it was still available on the system there no response. From then they've been ignoring me and delivered on air conditioning. Poor service from them and advertising is not the same as what I received.
