Poor Service

Hi Takealot has delivered another customers parcel to my home and not what i ordered.My order has been mixed up due to incompetence.I am receiving mails that i must send photos,bar codes etc .They made a mistake ,they need to rectify. It is not my job to rectify. The delivery person refused to take the parcel back
