POOR SERVICE

On 5th August 2024 an order was placed and paid for, this is for 1 item only. Numerous emails were sent, however returned with the message :"We see you are trying to reach the team at ***. This is an auto-response letting you know that customer queries sent to this email address will no longer be rep**** to." Also an email sent to "'***' returned undelivered. It is the 22nd of August 2024 and according to takealot online portal, the product has not been shipped yet. Client service is extremely poor and dissappointing.
