POOR SERVICE

On the 4th of Dec i ordered some stuff on take a lot . waited for 2 weeks for the parcell but when you order they say 5 to 7 working days on the website. it eventually showed it was received at their collection branch at 10h00 in the morning and will be delivered to me on the 17th . their branch is 5 min away from me . I went to fetch it on the 13th bcz the stuff I ordered was supposed to use it on the 16th of Dec. the guy who assisted me refused to give me saying its not for collection.

I pleaded to him to give it to me bcz 17th is going to too be late for me he said he will not go to look for one parcell there i must wait for them . i said they must cancel it then . he didn't cancel they delivered the parcel anway on the 17th I told the delivery guys its of no use anymore he must take it back and cancel. diff guys came today the 18th dec told him i told the delivery guy who came yesterday to cancel it he said he cant i must pay for it and take it . i dint want to be rude to the guy left him there .
