Poor service

I ordered a product online and delivery was set for Monday 5 December. Monday has come and gone and it is now the 8 December and no item has been delivered.

I have sent Takelots emails which do not get rep**** and I have tried to contact them on social media and i don't get a response. All I would like to know is when the item will be delivered.
