Poor service

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provide by takealot, I place an order and paid for the item only to 1. Get the incorrect order delivered 2. To be told that the product is out of stock but was never indicated on the products 3. To be told that a refund will only be done once product reaches warehouse which is just a total inconvenience seeing that the company is the one in fault.

This is very unprofessional for a company to inconvenience their consumers in such a manner. The incorrect product was collected on Monday already ... please may takealot correct this ASAP
