Poor service

I ordered a headboard from takealot today on the 3rd of September 2020 for the amount of R2500 and when i was checking out i was charged an additional R200 i phoned the call centre for assistance and spoke to a lady who promised to speak to the management about the additional charge since i had ordered 2 headboards before and was not charged an extra fee of R200 I specifically told the lady to please get back to me as they were only 5 headboards left i did not get any help and now the price of the Headboard has gone up ...tried calling again the guy said he will transfer me to finance hung on but no assistance ..im not with the service as nobody could explain the additional R200
