Poor service by takealot.com

I placed a order with Takealot.com. The delivery date has been postponed three times already due to one of their suppliers. The platform does not allow you to cancel the order due to failure to deliver on the original promised time. I bought the products through Takealot based on the delivery time promise which was the quickest. the order has been delayed so many times I could of bought it through another company and already had the products delivered. If Takealot cant managed their suppliers they must not inconvenience the customer.
