Poor service by takealot.com

Very unhappy with the service of takealot.com this is a follow up on my last review I have recieved my fan which I got in a replacement of the defect fan that was sent to me. I put the fan which was not the same quality of the fan that was sent the first time when switching it on the blades cept hitting the safety grill. I had to take the grill off so I could use it. I am not happy to have paid over R 380 for such a poor quality fan I will never recommend them in fact I will at every chance stop anyone using there service. Regards D. Feel
