Poor service by takealot - unreliable
I've been trying to contact the customer service line at takealot with no luck... My order was supposed to have been delivered by the 4th already... I can't get a hold of them on the phone and on emails. how are we suppose to make enquiries with them if their lines are not working?

12 Dec 2024, 07:31After countless attempts of trying to reach out to takealot by phone calls and emails with absolutely no feedback. I decide to go and inquire from their hub in montague gardens only to be told my order was lost in transit they will place a new order.. Takealot is such a dissapointment they are not reliable
