Poor service by Takealot

I ordered some products which was delivered. Some items were wrong an did not match the description on the app. I submitted a return request, which was processed. A driver came to pick up the items and delivered it to the Margate hub. This was 08h46 in tge morning. Later another driver arrived to collect one item. I explained that the item was collected by the first driver. I then reported this matter to Takealot helpdesk. No assistance received and the item that was supposed to be collected by the second driver is no wanted. I have been refunded for the two items that the first driver collected, but not the third he also took. This is absolutely poor service by Takelot. Wrong items delivered and the return process a mess. Now they cannot find the one item and delay the refund process. Mails are not answered. Dead end!
