Poor service by takealot

I order the bright starts raspberry garden baby rocker from takealot. I received a Tiibaby rocker instead that was cheaper than the one I ordered. I sent it back and requested takealot to send me the correct item that I paid for. I was informed that takealot would contact me regarding the way forward once they have received the item back at the warehouse. Without consulting me they gave me takealot credit due the the item being out of stock. When I checked the item was still in stock and the price of the item was increased. I sent an email to takealot requesting them to send me the item that I have order. Takealot informed me that they do not have control over the pricing of their suppliers and that the supplier is not the same as the one I ordered from so they can’t send me the item that I paid for. Takealot should surely take responsibility for the items sold on their site. If the item was no longer available they should have stated it so when I ordered the item. They didn’t seem to have a problem keeping quiet when a cheaper item than the one that I ordered was delivered to me but now that item is more expensive they have a problem sending me the correct one.
