Poor service by Takealot

I ordered a heater lamp from Takealot. I was supposed to be delivered on 4 June. I just received a notice that it has been returned and refunded. I did not alog a return. There is always someone at my house to receive the parcel. No-one phoned me. There is no e-mail address for Takealot where I can contact them. Only a phone number and I waited 15 min to be helped. Does Takealot have problems?
