POOR SERVICE BY FAR

Good day.

I am deeply and very disappointed in the service of Take a lot. I order something on 31st of August 2020....I ordered the item on someone else's name...but I payed for the order.

Then we reveiced a message with a link to track the parcel. There it says that....we are going to receive the parcel on the 3rd of September 2020 BEFORE 17:00....today is 7th of September 2020....did I miss something....or is Take a lot just lying about the whereabouts of the parcel?

This is totally unacceptable....I fully understand that there can be delays....but what bothers me is ....when I go onto the link...it still says 3rd of September...

I do expect some feedback on this matter. Thank you
