Poor service, Broken items, Unsealed Items, No Refunds!!

Extremely POOR service experience. Waited nearly two months to get faulty items replaced and upon delivery, there were also unsealed items. Takealot also delivered wrong items and we have been calling spoke literally to over 26 people! IT IS EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE - The order is still not fixed and we are still waiting!

DON'T purchase a large number of items and don't purchase for a large sum of money as Takealot will not refund you and you will be fighting every day speaking to several people to no avail! Instead, just allow your order to go over the free shipping total and then make different orders for the items because you will struggle to get decent customer service! There is zero customer service!

If I could select a rating of no stars then I would not rate any stars as they don't deserve any!
