Poor service

After placing a order on 8Feb 2021i got notified my delivery will take place on 15 Feb ..on the 19th i still have not received anything after alot of hassel i git told the item got lost in transit..a new order was made out on the 24th saying delivery will be on 3March ..4March i phone and got told the courier could not locate the address..at ling last the parcel found its way to me on sunday 7march ..after soending over R300 on aitime alone just to get a item that was bought nearly a month earlier
