Poor service beyond!!!

Please just don't buy from takealot. I bought a robot vacuum. The item did not work as advertised and was returned. Then I get a message that the return is declined as I used the item. When I called the service lady was unable to help me and all she can say is how are we suppose to sell the item again. Then I ask to be transferred to a Manager, the response there was that the manager is too busy to take calls. After a demand to speak to someone, I was placed on hold, for over an hour and then the call was cut off.

In the first place, how would you know if a product does not work as intended if you have not tested it to ensure that it works properly or not.

Secondly, how do you advertise a product that does not work in the way it should.

This is poor service from takealot, and a ******* as you send a large amount of money for an item that does not work.
