Poor Service

Today i called in to Takealot.com. This working from policy doesn't work. A lady called Sasha took my call. She was so unprofessional. She was not listening to me at all. She was speaking to someone in the background and surely attenting to a child. This is honestly pathetic from such a reputable company. Now my query is not even resolved because of this. So annoyed.
