Poor service

Good evening, I am so disappointed by takalot I ordered two iPhone earphones they sent me message that I should collect them I failed to do so as they didn’t mention how many days I need to collect those items so now they cancelled my order and they’ve returned the items and they will reimburse me, I’m so disappointed because they could’ve given me timeframe to say this is how much you are allowed to collect your items. Who said I ordered the items for fun, some of us are working we can only collect when we off.
