Poor service

I'm so so mad at Takealot and your unprofessional drivers. I don't appreciate the dishonesty from you and your drivers. This driver didn't even come to our complex i know this because he **** and said they asked him for a code. "Hi Silindile, we tried to deliver your Takealot order but couldn't. Find out more http://take.al/t/7w0Lt" his name is George Masasnya. I need my parcel today. This is terrible terrible service. Can someone else deliver this parcel.
