Poor service

I bought a Sinotec TV from Takealot and it was delivered, i have been using it until last month when it started giving me problems. I logged a return and wrapped the TV in a black plastic and taped it, now that they have to give me another TV they decline my return stating that is was not properly packaged. They sent me pictures of a TV that is broken with dents on the side but when they fetched it from my premises that TV had no dents nor scratch and when i complain about they tell me its my fault that the TV is like that. Then what annoys me is that they want to bring back that TV and who must take it. I want a new TV and Takealot did this to another customer stating the *******. Please HelloPeter assist me with query because they used to it and its a second return of which they are trying this nonsense, last i had to wait almost 2 months before it was resolved so I'm tired of sending emails to people who don't want to understand.
