Poor service

I ordered a same day delivery yesterday and I still have not received my parcel. The message I get on the app is that the parcel was sent to the incorrect courier facility. I still have not heard on seen any correspondence on the app since yesterday 15:36pm. I am extremely upset. The mistake was identified but not rectified and that is absolutely unacceptable.
