Poor service

The service is pathetic 😒 I placed an order on the 27th delivery date was the 29th.itvwad delivered on the 29th received an email after 17:00 that it's delayed I rep**** and told them I need it the following day I will be traveling no response l.its the 1st haven't received the laptop bag and i paid for delivery. I will never buy anything from Takealot
