Poor service at Takealot.com

In the beginning of December I wrote on Hellopeter regarding a very poor service I have received from this Online Store called takealot . I have previously complained about a cellphones that I bought from takealot and the cellphone had setup issues that forced me to return it to one of their pick up points in Midrand where an employee of takealot had examined the faulty cellphone in a box with all accessories included. Several times I have phoned the call center to find out about the returned cellphone and none of the agents had a straight answer for me . At first I was told that they need a password to open the cellphone, and I told them that I never created a password, and they send and email saying that they are looking for a pattern to unlock the cellphone, I told them that I never created a pattern for the cellphone as I never got to reach that stage . 3 weeks passed with me phoning the takealot call center , until I received a call from a courier saying that they want to deliver a cellphone, and I asked if the cellphone has been replaced with a new one , the answer I received was that they were delivering back the very same faulty cellphone because the accessories were missing. The story has changed 3 times and I have not heard from Takelot since I refused to accept the faulty phone , I have spent 3 days trying to set up the cellphone until a service provider agent confirmed with me that the cellphone had setup issues. I have requested that takealot replace the phone with a new one but till today 1 January 2020 , no one has come to my rescue. I use to trust this Online shop and I will never recommend anyone to use this online services to buy any electronics as the return and exchange are such a nightmare . Still no answer
