Poor Service at Takealot

I ordered a router discounted to R1199 and Takealot delivered a TV bracket in error. When I returned the item, I was told Takealot would send me the router I had ordered and paid for.

A follow up email then said that the item was not available however when I checked the Takealot website the router was still available (in stock in CPT and JHB) but now for R1399. (Today it was still in stock).

Takealot has now processed a credit for R1199 and refuses to take responsibility for their error and send me the router they had initially promised to fulfil.

I am disappointed in this poor service from a company i respect and have supported for a number of years.
