Poor service at Takealot

purchased items on Takealot on the 28th of May and my delivery was the scheduled for Friday the 5th but my parcel was not delivered that Friday . Then they rescheduled for Sunday the 9th before 17:00 but still nothing . No form of communication from then and I’ve been checking my delivery status then today when I checked my status it says delivered at 9am and I didn’t receive any parcel, no one called to say they’re at the gate nothing . I’ve been trying to get ahold of them with no luck . I’m truly disappointed.
