Poor Service and Unprofessionalism

I placed my order on the 5th of December 2024 and the EDD was the 19th of December. I postponed my travel to accommodate this delivery and only today ( the date of the delivery) in the afternoon that I’m told my order has been rescheduled to be delivered on the 20th how crazy! I even travelled to their pickup point, only to be attended by a rude personnel who told me I’m unable to pickup my order because it’s not her business that the order was only received today by them! How sick!

Mind you the system was only updated at 14:46 to indicate that my order will be delivered tomorrow. So now I need to postpone my plans again to accommodate your incompetence!
