Poor service and ********* behavior from Takealot.com

I ordered an Lego set Monday morningthe 1st of August 2022.They set to deliver on Wednesday. Wednesday morning i check on the status. It said that the order is canceled. Being my sons birthday gift to himself, very upsetting. Then to top it all the price increased with almost R300. So i write to them: Why was this order canceled. Why have you not informed me. This is a gift for my sons birthday. This is terrible service, cancelling an order and not informing the customer. Very upset with you guys. My son still complaining and on top of that, you raised the price of the lego set with almost R300. Very *********.

I'm yet to get a reply. Very poor service from Takealot.com.
