Poor service and STOP ****MING PEOPLE

I have received nothing but horrible service at Takealot. Tell me why they do false advertising saying "order today get it tomorrow" but they don't meet their service level, and still charge you extra to get your order delivered the next day but you still don't get the order. This is a total **** and i am utterly disgusted with their poor service delivery.
