Poor service and products

Hi there,

I bought a coffee table with you guys, I logged a return om the 3rd of December 2024 for the item to be collected since it was badly damaged, the were parts that were missing everything was just bad. I have been trying to get in contact with you guys to collect it but have been making empty promises no one came. 1 driver came and they were rude complaining that the car is too small to fit the table. What must I do for you guys to come and fetchbthe coffee table.
