Poor Service and Poor system.

September was my last order ever, I have been buying from Takealot frequently and a wide range of products until last month, Was sent the completely wrong parcel, then went through the whole return process, now I have half my order delivered to date, There is no Human to speak to and they dont bother trying to call to rectify the problem. Their loss, i was ordering alot from them. I will take my business elsewhere.
