Poor Service and Poor Quality Control

I ordered an IP Phone and a router on the 5th Of May 2020. The order only arrived on the 14th of May 2020. Upon arrival the IP Phone didnt have a a power supply as specified in their description. I quickly requested a return pick up but until today the 20th May 2020, the IP Phone has not been picked up. For the past three days i would get a call for a pick up and i would stay home all day but no one shows up. Takealot.com is really unprofessional. they are not reliable. They cannot be trusted.
