Poor service and poor delivery of producs

<p>After more the 10K rands worth of business takalot has now lost my business.</p> <p>1. Bottles of alochol delivered as a gift to recipient broken</p> <p>3. short qty delivered</p> <p>2.redelivered broken again</p> <p>3.refund refused without the bottles being returned, although photographic evidence was provied on all ocasions.</p> <p>4. apauling delivery service who dont care if the broke the product.</p> <p>conclusion</p> <p>I was really a big fan of takealot, now i say to people dont use it. what u see is far from what you get, and being dissapointed at christmas is no joke.</p> <p> </p> <p>and as you can see they dont respond on forums like this. being a internet driven site.</p> <p> </p> <p>dont buy from Takealot !</p>
