Poor service and non working policies

I returned an item I bought as a bundle, not knowing that if one of the items is damaged/not working, you have to return everything. After it was brought to my attention, they canceled my return and said it was due to accessories not being there. This was during my communication with their returns department. I delivered the working item to their Tygervalley depot only for them not to pick it up. After several emails, they picked up the damaged item that they returned and apparently the working item at the depot. No one is getting back to me regarding the status of my return, only that they have not forgotten about it. I returned the item on 12 July 2023, it is now 21 August 2023, and I have zero items.
