Poor service and no resolutions

Here I am again to complain about Takealot. No surprise that they're lying to about my upcoming order. Showed it's supposed to be delivered tomorrow, yet it still not shipped out and headed to the delivery facility like it's supposed to. Order number ***, why is it split into two. I specifically ordered those items together. Can someone please explain this incompetence?? If the explanation doesn't state that I will still receive it as promised by tomorrow, because every was in stock when I ordered it. Then I'll make a very big scene, now just ship the damn goods so I may receive it tomorrow as promised 😡😡😡
