Poor service and lots of mistakes with deliveries.

I ordered twice in November and with both orders we had problems.

Order 1: they sent the wrong stock item

Order 2: the short delivered on Saturday. Sunday we inform them. Monday they confirm their mistake and ask if we still want the item. At that stage they still showed 15 in stock. We rep**** on Monday asking for the delivery of the short item. Since then we did not get any response and have e-mailed everyday to make sure we get our item before it goes out of stock.
