Poor service and lies

This will be my final order with takealot. Orders usually took take 3 working days. My latest order will now take over a week! For items which showed stock at the time I placed my order. Consultant promised my order is ready and should be shipped tomorrow. But yet when I checked the app the delivery time increased by another day. For items that were in stock when I placed my order! I made use of them because it was convenient and they gave good service.

This is the 3rd incident of poor service
