Poor service and lies

I purchased wireless earphones and the product was not working properly. I dropped it at Fo fainvleai pick up point in a sealed envelope. It’s been 3 weeks and I keep being promised daily it will be escalated and sorted before 4pm. I purchased another set from them. I am still waiting for my credit to reflect despite daily calls and promises. They are poorly in service and staff do not bother to follow up. Today I got told they waiting for a quote from seller. A quote for what ? I’m the loyal customer. Think twice before you buy anything from Takealot
