Poor service and lack of communication

I ordered and paid a parcel on takealot.com on the 4th of December 2020 and today is the 17th of December 2020 and my parcel is still not shipped and they not even communicating what is the hold up. This is very disappointing especially since takealot always promises to deliver between 2 - 5 working days. When I view the order, the parcel shows as it is in stock.
