Poor service and incorrect orders

During 2023 I ordered several items on the same order. I was asked if the delivery can wait until all goods are ready for delivery to which I agreed. However it started coming separately. One item was not what I ordered and showed on the app that it was delivered. After emails, etc the item was finally delivered. Then I ordered cartridges for a printer. The wrong items were sent which looked totally different from what I ordered. I asked that the order be paid back. My husband ordered the same cartridges and received the correct items. On 22 February I ordered acrylic paints and on collection received Bravecto chewable flee tablets for a dog!! This means another trip to the Takealot collection point. A waste of time and money! What is wrong with Takealot?? You are becoming pathetic!!
