Poor service and incomplete order.

I have ordered a product which was incomplete. I have retured the product for replacement and after many calls and emails with no feedback. Finally they collected the item after one month. Eventually they logged a return item to only deliver the same box(incomplete order) just with a takealot sticker on it.
