Poor service and feedback

Good day

I logged a return complaint and indicated that all the accessories was not included in my package I received an email from Takelot asking me for the accessories. Can someone call me to assist properly as it seems like your staff cannot read. I bought x3 packs of light only one box didn't have all the accessories in. Now I must Know where is the bracket as f I'm working at the packaging department.
