POOR Service and False Delivery times promised

Another review of POOR Service and False Delivery times promised. First time delivery was postponed by courier. The 2 different people from Takealot confirmed I would receive my delivery yesterday....... Another day later and NO delivery, and no response from anyone in Takealot.

If Takealot can get their customer service right, they could actually be a top online business - their customers' perception of them is totally different from what they (Takealot management ) believe...... Just by making sure there is NO way to complain to anyone in Takelot's management says a lot about their business integrity.
