Poor service and false advertising

So this will be my 3rd review regarding my takelot order and up until today have not received any feedback regarding my 2 reports I have loaded on hellopeter, instead I received an email stating that the heater is not in stock and I have a credit of R116 but I have made a payment of R146, how pathetic is this! And the heater I purchased is still advertised on takelot website.
